“2022 Is A Year Of Grammys”-Wendy Shay Declares Boldly

Award-winning Ghanaian singer, Wendy Addo, affectionately known within showbiz scenes as Wendy Shay
has declared the year 2022 as a year of Grammys.

Most Ghanaian musicians were subjected to trolls on social media after Nigerians won their first-ever Grammy award through Burna Boy with his “Twice As Tall” album.

However, a Ghanaian in the person of Rocky Dawuni, a Reggae musician was able to secure his second nomination in the 64th Grammy awards scheduled for this year, 2022. Others like Stonebwoy and Fuse ODG have also made appearances on the Recording Academy after some albums they were featured on grabbed nominations.

Well, Wendy Shay, one of Ghana’s finest songstresses in present times has vowed to bring an award from the recording academy home to her motherland Ghana as she gallantly declares 2022 as a year of Grammys.

Taking to her Twitter, she wrote; 2022 is the year of Grammys I’m bringing it to the motherland Watch me !

In other news, the police in the Western North Region have arrested a couple, Salome Oteku, 27, and her 34-year-old husband, Effah Davidson at Enchi-Yakase for beating their four-year-old daughter to death for bedwetting.

According to reports, Salome and Effah beat their 4-year-old daughter from dawn to morning until she passed out.

The suspects also scalded their daughter’s backside by forcing her to sit in hot water to avoid repeated bedwetting, according to the investigation.
